Shipping

We produce only what is needed, trying to reduce waste, inventories and stock to zero as much as possible. This is why our products take up to 10 working days to be shipped.

Shipping in Italy is 6 € and free for orders above 150 €.

For other countries, costs are calculated during the check out.

CARE and CLEANING

Please handle the item with care in order to ensure a longer service life.

  • Keep away from direct light, heat and rain. If it gets wet, wipe dry immediately with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid contact with all kinds of liquids, alcoholic beverages, solvents, perfumes and the like
  • Fill the bag with paper to keep its shape and absorb moisture, store it in its case.
  • Do not carry objects that are too heavy that could change the shape of the bag.
  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth. If using specific leather or fabric cleaners, test their compatibility in a small, hidden area.

FAQ

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it by filling out the form and send the product you intend to return to us “as new” within 14 calendar days from its  delivery date.

After 14 calendar days after delivery, products can no longer be returned.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

It is possible to change a product only and exclusively if it is a color change or changes that do  not involve either partial refunds or payment supplements.

Shipping of the exchange is completely the responsibility of the buyer.

Products that are returned to us must be undamaged, 100% “as new.” This means that they  may not have been worn, except to try them on, and must have no traces of use such as  scratches, dirt residue, signs of wear, or creases.

Products must be intact and complete with labels, tags and dust bags.

If the labels have been removed or are without dust bags the products will not be accepted as  returns.

Items that are not “like new” will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to you.

  • Fill out the online return form within 14 days from the date  of product delivery
  • Wait for our email to take care of the return
  • Arrange shipping for the return, which is your responsibility
  • When we receive your return we will check it to make sure it is in “as new” condition. You  will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and that a refund will be  made in the same manner in which you made payment.

As soon as the refund is made with the payment method you used for the order, you will receive a  confirmation email.

For orders paid for by credit card, it can take up to 14 days before the amount appears on your  card statement. For orders paid through PayPal, the refund usually appears within 24 hours on  your PayPal account.

It takes up to 10 business days to fulfill your order. We produce only what you need, trying to reduce waste, inventories and stock as much as possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to be shipped. In the  email you will find the tracking code of the selected courier service BRT for Italy and DPD or  FedEx for all other destinations. The tracking code, which will allow you to track your  shipment, activates 12 hours after you receive the email.
