1) DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Seller”: Arron S.r.l., as identified above.

1.2 “Buyer”: the natural person who purchases the Products for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.

1.3 “Contract”: the distance sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through electronic means.

1.4 “Purchase Proposal”: the order completed and sent by the Buyer to the Seller.

1.5 “Products”: the tangible goods offered for sale on the website www.arron.it/shop.

2) SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

The purpose of this contract is the remote sale, by electronic means, of the Products offered on the Website by Arron S.r.l. to the final consumer.

3) HOW THE CONTRACT IS CONCLUDED

The contract is concluded exclusively online, through the completion and electronic submission by the Buyer of the Purchase Proposal on the website www.arron.it.

The order constitutes an irrevocable purchase proposal from the Buyer and entails an obligation to pay.

4) CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT

4.1 The purchase contract is deemed concluded when the Seller accepts the Purchase Proposal and sends the Buyer an Order Confirmation via e-mail, containing a summary of the Products, price, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery times and information on the right of withdrawal.

4.2 The Seller reserves the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant orders, or orders from customers with outstanding disputes.

4.3 Ownership of the Products passes to the Buyer only after full payment of the price.

4.4 Products will be shipped only after successful confirmation of payment.

5) PAYMENT METHODS

5.1 Payments may be made by credit card or PayPal. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted channels.

5.2 In the case of payment via PayPal, the Buyer will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website to complete the transaction. The charge will occur at the time of order confirmation.

5.3 The Seller will send an order confirmation by e-mail and, if requested, will issue an invoice based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

Invoices cannot be modified after issuance.

6) DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

6.1 Products are shipped using national couriers (e.g. DHL, SDA, UPS, GLS).

6.2 Orders are processed within 5 working days from receipt. During public holidays or company closures, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

6.3 In case of any delay or inability to meet these deadlines, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer by e-mail.

6.4 The Seller is not liable for delays or disruptions attributable to the courier but will cooperate to resolve any issues.

6.5 The Buyer may not refuse delivery, except in cases of lawful withdrawal. In case of non-collection, storage or return costs will be charged to the Buyer.

7) PRICES

7.1 All product prices listed on the website www.arron.it are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT.

7.2 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order submission.

7.3 For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes or import charges shall be borne by the Buyer and paid to the courier upon delivery.

8) PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

8.1 The Seller ensures that the online catalogue is constantly updated.

8.2 In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will promptly notify the Buyer by e-mail and offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 The Seller shall not be liable for service disruptions due to force majeure, unforeseen events or causes beyond its control.

9.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards or other means of payment by third parties, provided that all possible precautions have been adopted.

9.3 The Buyer shall not be held responsible for payment delays if proof is provided that the payment was made on time and in the agreed manner.

10) LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

10.1 All Products sold are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for in Articles 128–135 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

10.2 Any defects or non-conformities must be reported promptly via certified e-mail (PEC) to arron@pec.it.

11) BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

11.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the price within the time and in the manner specified in the contract.

11.2 The Buyer undertakes to keep a copy of the contract and the order confirmation received by e-mail.

11.3 Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for making a purchase.

12) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCEDURE

12.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products, without penalty and without providing any reason.

12.2 Withdrawal must be communicated by e-mail to shop@arron.it.

12.3 Within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, the Buyer must return the Products to Arron S.r.l., Via Donat Cattin 59, 52100 Arezzo (AR), Italy, at their own expense, using a trackable courier service.

12.4 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method employed for the original transaction.

12.6 Failure to comply with these conditions will entitle the Seller to reject the return and withhold the refund.

13) TERMINATION CLAUSE

Failure to pay the price or breach of essential obligations relating to delivery and payment shall result in the automatic termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without prejudice to the Seller’s right to claim damages.

14) STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, each order is stored in digital and/or paper form at the Seller’s registered office, in accordance with confidentiality and security criteria.

16) DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes between the Seller and the Consumer, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have exclusive jurisdiction, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.

For disputes involving parties not qualifying as consumers, jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Arezzo (Italy).

17) GOVERNING LAW

This contract is governed by Italian law.
