• Keep away from direct light, heat and rain. If it gets wet, wipe dry immediately with a soft cloth.
• Avoid contact with all kinds of liquids, alcoholic beverages, solvents, perfumes and the like.
• Fill the bag with paper to keep its shape and absorb moisture, store it in its case.
• Do not carry objects that are too heavy that could change the shape of the bag.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth. If using specific leather or fabric cleaners, test their compatibility in a small, hidden area.

SHIPPING

We produce and prepare each order with care, without mass production logic. We generally ship in a couple of working days, but we reserve up to 5 days during periods of higher demand or for processes that require more attention.

• For other European countries, costs are calculated at checkout

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. We ask you to return the product in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and accessories. The cost of return shipping remains at the customer's expense: a choice that helps us maintain careful production, without excesses, and to invest in product quality.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order.
