• Avoid contact with all kinds of liquids, alcoholic beverages, solvents, perfumes and the like.
• Fill the bag with paper to keep its shape and absorb moisture, store it in its case.
• Do not carry objects that are too heavy that could change the shape of the bag.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth. If using specific leather or fabric cleaners, test their compatibility in a small, hidden area.

We produce only what is needed, minimizing waste and excess stock.
For this reason, orders may take up to 5 business days to be shipped.

• Free shipping for orders over €150

• For other European countries, shipping costs are calculated at check-out

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, with shipping costs paid by the customer.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order.
